We accept all major credit cards, money orders/cashiers checks, cash from walk-in customers, and PayPal (foreign transactions only).

Yes, we gladly send free samples of our fabrics for your approval. We want to make sure you know what you are ordering before the order is placed. Please click "Search Samples" to select from our partial inventory or fill out a "Contact" form to request samples that don't appear in the search. Feel free to also call us or send us a sample request in the mail.

For the quickest service, fill out a contact form by clicking "Contact" above, or e-mail us at questions@smsautofabrics.com. If you don't have e-mail, you can call us at (503) 263-3535 between 8:30AM and 5:00PM Pacific time Monday through Friday. 

Cloth and vinyl orders that are in stock typically ship within three to five days. Pre-sewn headliners typically will ship within two weeks. However, sometimes ship times will be longer based on the particular product. In these cases, our customer service staff will notify you of the current estimated shipping times when you place an order. Door panels are made to order you will be given an estimated timeframe for completion when you order.

All orders within the U.S. ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options are available and we can ship on a customer's UPS account if requested.

International orders ship via either UPS or USPS, depending on which method is the lowest cost to the customer. We can  also ship your order your preferred carrier and service level.
