Refund policy
All packages must be opened and inspected within five (5) business days of receipt. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For quickest service, please fill out a Contact Form. We will correct any error in your order as quickly as possible and exchange the item. If SMS is unable to correct the error, we will issue the customer a refund. If the customer declines to allow us the opportunity to fix an error, a credit toward a future purchase will be issued using the customer's original method of payment.
If the customer receives the correct merchandise ordered but then chooses to return it for whatever reason, they will be issued a credit toward a future purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee due to the decreased value of cut yardage. This applies only to cut yardage (cloth, vinyl, etc.). Custom made products such as door panels, headliners, and vinyl tops cannot be returned if they were delivered as ordered.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
